Job summary

REALM is hiring 2–3 Product Engineers to own meaningful parts of the stack as we scale in NYC. You'll own features end to end—from data models to React interfaces—work directly with customers, and help shape where the product goes. The platform moves fast, ships constantly, and expects you to bring product instincts alongside engineering ability.

In-office in NYC (up to 5 days a week); this is not a remote role. Compensation is highly competitive base plus meaningful equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack experience.
• Strong in TypeScript, React, Postgres, and NestJS.
• Startup experience: you've dealt with ambiguity, worn multiple hats, and shipped under pressure.
• Product thinking, not just engineering execution.

Responsibilities

• Take ambiguous problems and break them into shippable milestones.
• Build across the full stack (backend, APIs, frontend) without needing a spec.
• Work directly with customers to understand pain points and close the loop on what you ship.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and GTM.
