Job summary

REALM is hiring 2–3 Product Engineers to own meaningful parts of the stack as we scale in NYC. You'll own features end to end—from data models to React interfaces—work directly with customers, and help shape where the product goes. The platform moves fast, ships constantly, and expects you to bring product instincts alongside engineering ability.

In-office in NYC (up to 5 days a week); this is not a remote role. Compensation is highly competitive base plus meaningful equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack experience.
• Strong in TypeScript, React, Postgres, and NestJS.
• Startup experience: you've dealt with ambiguity, worn multiple hats, and shipped under pressure.
• Product thinking, not just engineering execution.

• Build across the full stack (backend, APIs, frontend) without needing a spec.

The company is hiring 2–3 Product Engineers to own meaningful parts of the stack as they scale.

The role

This isn't a ticket-taker position. You'll own features end to end; from data models to React interfaces, work directly with customers, and help shape where the product goes. The platform moves fast, ships constantly, and expects you to bring product instincts alongside engineering ability.

What you'll do

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of full-stack experience, with a track record of delivering end to end
• Strong in TypeScript, React, Postgres, and NestJS
• Startup experience: you've dealt with ambiguity, worn multiple hats, and shipped under pressure
• Product thinking, not just engineering execution

Strong bonus

• Experience building agentic or AI-native products
• Background in developer tools, infrastructure, or observability
• Prior founding engineer, tech lead, or PM experience

Location & setup

In-office (up to 5 days) in NYC. This is not a remote role.

Compensation

Highly competitive base + meaningful equity. Pay is at or above market for top AI infrastructure talent.
