Welltower Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer, Product to build and evolve the product surface that brings AI capabilities to teams across the organization.

You will own agent-driven tools and workflows end to end, from design through deployment, with a focus on trustworthy behavior and real data. Collaborate with users to ship features quickly, iterate on feedback, and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years shipping production software with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience deploying an agent in a commercial production environment.
• Experience building data-dense analytics products.
• Ability to iterate quickly with real-world data in front of users.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship the product surface, including agent-driven tools and workflow tooling.
• Design, tune and evaluate agent behavior for trustworthy outputs.
• Collaborate with users to translate real workflows into working software on real data.
• Deliver live outputs quickly and iterate based on feedback.
• Create configurable, reusable surfaces to accelerate future builds.
• Use live demos on real data as the working spec.
