Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures is building a data product for AI agents and automation. You will own product work end to end, from gathering signals to shipping improvements, linking data partnerships to a developer-facing platform.

You will prioritise initiatives, ship production features, and collaborate with leadership and engineers to enable usage metering, billing, and entitlements at scale in a fast-moving startup environment in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product, backend, or integrations engineer with hands-on production coding.
• Experience shipping externally facing, developer-focused products for AI agents and automation.
• At least 2 years focused on usage metering, usage-based billing, or entitlements.
• Strong TypeScript experience with Next.js, Node.js, and Express.
• Experience building integrations across data providers and knowledge of data partnerships or licensing.
• Startup or small-company background with comfort talking to customers and acting on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer feedback and product signals, prioritize opportunities, and ship improvements to production.
• Build integrations connecting data providers to the platform.
• Make product decisions addressing customer needs.
• Own the product lifecycle with high autonomy and leadership alignment.
• Coordinate with other engineering teams as the product spans multiple platform areas.
• Build and maintain usage metering, usage-based billing, and entitlement capabilities.
