Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures in San Francisco hires an early-stage AI fintech product engineer to build interfaces, APIs, and data pipelines across the product. You will work across UI, APIs, and data pipelines to deliver reliable AI features and integrations that fit investors' daily workflows.

Collaborate with customers to understand needs, maintain strong security and privacy standards for sensitive financial data, and contribute to a high engineering bar in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack product engineering.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and Python or Node.js.
• Experience designing data models and APIs.
• Strong CS fundamentals and high engineering standards.
• Finance or fintech experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build intuitive interfaces for investors' workflows.
• Develop APIs and integrations for chat tools and external apps.
• Create ingestion pipelines for documents, emails, spreadsheets, data.
• Collaborate with customers to deliver product improvements.
• Ensure security, privacy, and reliability for financial data.
• Build evaluation sets for AI features.
