TSE Brakes, Inc. is seeking a Product Engineer to provide technical support for customers, develop new brake products, and manage warranty issues. The role involves working with the Plant team in Cullman, AL and requires CAD/3D modeling, GD&T, and strong data analysis skills.

Responsibilities include DFMEA creation, DVP planning and testing, and collaboration with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality to bring new products to production. Travel up to four times per year is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with data acquisition and communications protocols (CAN, RS-485 a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new products to meet customer requirements and company goals.
• Create and maintain a DFMEA for all design responsible products.
• Determine the DVP for new products and changes to evaluate performance and durability.
• Perform DVP testing, data review, and analysis.
• Use Marmon Toolbox to improve product and design processes.
• Create and maintain BOMs and assembly drawings for parts.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality to transition to production and reduce issues.
