Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Engineer with strong data analysis skills to support new product introduction and production ramp for power management ICs.

You will own product data across NPI through ramp, analyze test and yield data, and collaborate with design, test, and manufacturing to ensure targets are met. The role requires 5–8+ years in semiconductor NPI or related fields, proficiency in Python/SQL, and experience with fabs/OSATs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Data Engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in semiconductor NPI, product engineering, data engineering, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong experience analyzing electrical test, yield, reliability, and manufacturing data.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Python, SQL, JMP, Excel, or similar) and data visualization/reporting.
• Hands-on experience with fabs, OSATs, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product data across NPI through production ramp, ensuring accuracy and readiness for high‑volume manufacturing.
• Analyze test, yield, and manufacturing data to drive quality, reliability, and yield improvements.
• Support qualification, ramp, and sustaining activities with fabs and OSAT partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, test, operations, and manufacturing teams to resolve data‑driven issues.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision‑making and change management.
• Support program management activities, including milestone planning, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and cross‑functional alignment to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain product documentation, including release notes, qualification reports, and technical specifications.
• Identify and address production inefficiencies, proposing actionable improvements to enhance throughput and reduce cycle time.
• Monitor WIP and cycle time, providing feedback to operations and engineering teams for process optimization.
