  • Work closely with BU and R&D teams to develop and maintain manufacturing NPI, NTI, and process transfer roadmaps and actively negotiate schedules to align customer schedule needs with manufacturing resources.
  • Effectively communicate NPI and NTI material status, issues, and successes with departmental stakeholders to ensure team alignment of priorities and drive performance against schedule.
  • Closely monitor and analyze available statistical process control (SPC), yield, and parametric data to formulate engineering reports and actions plan for review with project teams and senior management.
  • Drive root cause investigations of performance or yield signals to maximize product quality, minimize manufacturing cycle time, and ensure first pass qualification success for each program.
  • Provide engineering/technical direction and design support to project teams.
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):
  • B.S. in an Engineering or related discipline and 5+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience OR M.S. in Engineering or related discipline and 3+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience.
  • Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. Related process/product development, or process integration experience in a semiconductor environment; demonstrated experience with an understanding of semiconductor wafer fabrication, assembly, and test methods.

  • Ability to interface with people of different backgrounds at every level of the organization. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, capable of driving tasks with minimal supervision (but recognizing when to seek help), desire to learn, and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
Highly Preferred Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Engineering discipline, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or related science discipline.
  • 7+ years’ work experience as a Product, Process, Development, or Integration Engineer in a semiconductor environment; previous NPI or NTI experience preferred.
  • Project management experience.
