Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Product Engineer to support product development, manufacturing operations, and new product launches at our Manchester, Tennessee facility. The role requires CAD proficiency (CATIA/AutoCAD), BOM management, and strong problem-solving abilities, with opportunities to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, and the ability to interpret drawings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Design and refine products, tooling, and components.
Maintain CAD models and BOMs.
Coordinate prototype builds and testing.
Support manufacturing trials and launches.
Collaborate with production, quality, process engineering, customers, and suppliers to resolve technical challenges.
Assist with tooling optimization, product fit-ups, design reviews, and manufacturing efficiency improvements.
Maintain accurate engineering records and ensure drawings and specifications meet requirements.
