Job summary

Metaview in San Francisco seeks a hands-on product software engineer to own features across the stack—from interface to API, data model, permissions, and production behavior. You may be exceptional on one side of the stack, but you’ll own the full customer outcome.

You will build interfaces and agents that pursue recruiting objectives over days, translate conversations into actions, design recovery paths, and ship bounded outcomes independently within 3–6 months.

Qualifications

• Shipped software for external users with ownership of outcomes.
• Strong depth in at least one technical area and ability to cross frontend/backend boundaries.
• Comfort with AI coding agents and independent design, review, and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Build interface, APIs, data model, permissions, and production behavior for the same customer workflow.
• Develop agents that pursue recruiting objectives over days and recover safely when needed.
• Turn interview and hiring-team conversations into actionable interfaces for recruiters.
• Design controls and recovery paths for agents in customer systems.
• Turn repeated product patterns into simple primitives supporting many recruiting workflows.
