Job summary

Metaview is building AI-powered recruiting tools with a hands-on IC engineering role in San Francisco. You will own end-to-end customer outcomes, building agents and interfaces that enable recruiters to act on real workflows, while maintaining quality and ownership of production behavior.

You will work across React, TypeScript, Python, AWS, Postgres, and S3, collaborating directly with customers and the team. This is a fast, in-person environment with equity and visa support.

Qualifications

• Shipped software for external users with meaningful outcome from problem definition through production.
• Able to design, implement, review, and debug across frontend and backend.
• Experience with AI coding agents and large-scale product changes.

Responsibilities

• Own and ship bounded customer outcomes from problem definition to rollout.
• Build agents, interfaces, data models, and production behavior for customer workflows.
• Collaborate across stack; balance speed, quality, and customer impact.
• Maintain production quality and respond to customer feedback after release.
• Shape architecture and make hard tradeoffs when needed.
