EJ, a leading access solutions provider, seeks a Product Engineer to drive design and development of infrastructure cast products. Located in East Jordan, MI, this role emphasizes hands-on engineering, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs.

You will coordinate with Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, and Drafting to ensure design feasibility, cost targets, and timely delivery while pursuing continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years related experience.
• Experience with product design and development from concept to production.
• Strong knowledge of FEA and stress analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office and BOM management.

Responsibilities

• Develops expertise in designing infrastructure cast products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new and existing products.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to sales and customers.
• Prepare and maintain design-related documentation, specifications, drawings, and BOMs.
