Job Description
Due to the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite, this role will be conducted full-time at a BAE Systems facility, 100% of the time.

Role Overview: An Aftermarket Product Engineer works closely with team members to identify and eliminate waste, ensure product repair compliance, review customer and repair requirements, and develop repair instructions. The role involves monitoring process bottlenecks, analyzing quality defects, and applying Lean Manufacturing principles for continuous improvement. Candidates should excel in technical documentation, root cause analysis, and systemic corrective actions. Familiarity with automated manufacturing and leading process improvements like Kaizen events is advantageous. Support on standardizing work instructions and process walks may also be required. This position is ideal for motivated problem solvers eager for daily challenges.
Qualifications: Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. Candidates must be US citizens or Permanent Residents, as per government contract requirements.

Compensation and Benefits: The full-time salary range is $63,662 - $108,225, based on market data and individual qualifications.
