Job description

We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and excellent relationship-building skills across teams within a large organization. The ability to communicate effectively at various organizational levels and influence outcomes to benefit the program is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Own the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring delivery of high-quality products to customers.
2. Define ATE test plans, coverage, qualification, and manufacturing strategies.
3. Analyze yield during engineering samples, characterize NPI product performance, and optimize manufacturing yield windows, including bench correlation.
4. Manage BOM release and updates.
5. Handle excursions for suppliers and customers.
6. Achieve KPIs related to NPI execution, product cost, quality, and failure analysis cycle times.
7. Identify and drive production capacity improvements, including test time reduction and alternative sourcing.
8. Participate in cross-functional teams to execute plans, maintain schedules, manage risks, lead problem-solving, and report progress.
9. Communicate critical issues and mitigation strategies effectively to management.
10. Manage program schedules and internal status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related field.
• 8+ years experience in semiconductor or related electrical components development.
• Knowledge of power management topologies and product development, qualification, and ramp planning.
• Proficiency in yield analysis, quality management tools, and BOM tools like Agile.
• Self-driven with ownership capabilities and collaborative skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage supplier excursions and customer escalations.
• Strong relationship-building skills within dynamic teams.
• Versatility across design disciplines and product lines.
