You will own features from idea through production, prototype rapidly with AI tools, and collaborate with customers to ensure value and scale for the North American market.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production software.
• Strong full-stack development experience, with backend engineering expertise preferred.

Premier Global Links LLC is recruiting on behalf of a confidential, high-growth AI technology company transforming the automotive repair industry. Its AI-powered platform helps automotive repair professionals improve parts estimation, streamline workflows, and make more accurate decisions.

We are seeking a customer-focused Product Engineerwith strong full-stack development skills, backend expertise, and a product-oriented mindset. This role offers the opportunity to build and launch products for the North American market, work directly with customers, and take ownership of features from initial concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and ship full-stack product features from idea to production.
• Build backend services and user-facing applications, with a strong emphasis on backend engineering.
• Work directly with collision repair shops, estimators, and parts managers to understand customer needs and workflow challenges.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and practical technical solutions.
• Build rapid prototypes and test new product ideas using AI-assisted development tools and Python.
• Help evolve successful prototypes into robust, production-ready software.
• Own product outcomes, adoption metrics, and the customer value delivered by your features.
• Make informed trade-offs between engineering complexity, development speed, and product impact.
• Help users transition from manual workflows to AI-assisted and supervised automation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teammates to build and scale solutions for the North American market.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production software.
• Strong full-stack development experience, with backend engineering expertise preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end features, from concept and implementation through deployment and performance evaluation.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to influence what gets built, not simply execute predefined specifications.
• Experience building rapid prototypes using AI-assisted development tools.
• Interest in working directly with customers and solving real-world business problems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Austin, Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an early-stage or rapidly scaling startup, ideally alongside experience at an established engineering organization.
• Experience building products for consumers or businesses outside the technology sector.
• Familiarity with statically typed programming languages.
• Production experience with Rust.
• Experience with Python and AI-assisted prototyping.
• Hardware-focused engineering experience or exposure to automotive, repair, or industrial workflows.
• Founder or early-engineering experience with a strong record of delivering production-quality software.

Compensation and Career Growth

• Base salary of $150,000-$220,000, subject to experience and qualifications.
• Equity opportunity of 0.01%-0.04%, subject to the employer's equity plan and vesting terms.
• Opportunity to help establish and scale products for the North American market.
