Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Product Manager with deep Data & AI expertise to shape the next generation of data-driven, AI-powered insurance solutions. You will lead a New Zealand scrum team and drive onsite discovery with insurers to identify opportunities and validate concepts.

You will collaborate across engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative products, measure success with KPIs, and ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data, analytics, or AI products.
  • Proven track record of launching data or AI-powered products, ideally in the insurance or automotive sector.
  • Experience managing distributed or international scrum teams, preferably in New Zealand or similar time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy for Data & AI solutions in the insurance vertical.

Job Description

PartsTrader is the leading digital marketplace for automotive parts procurement, serving repair shops, suppliers, and insurance carriers. We are transforming the collision repair ecosystem with innovative technology, data-driven insights, and AI-powered solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with deep expertise in Data & AI to drive the development and growth of our data-centric and AI-powered products for the insurance vertical. This role reports directly to the Head of Product and will be responsible for managing a New Zealand-based scrum team and leading onsite discovery efforts for new insurance opportunities.

  • Willingness and ability to travel for onsite discovery and client engagement.

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $108,800 - $145,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
