Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Specialist to bridge Product Management, Professional Learning, Product Support, and Partner Success. You will translate product capabilities into scalable training and assets, and help shape solutions addressing educator and district needs.

Working with senior Product Managers, you will drive product understanding, adoption, and continuous improvement through customer insight, requirements definition, and enablement activities.

Qualifications

• Translate customer needs into product requirements and recommendations.
• Create clear requirements, workflows, and training materials.
• Understand educator, administrator, and district perspectives.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing.
