Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Director for Client onboarding and documents platform to lead innovative product development that delights customers. You will shape the platform vision, drive modernization, and scale architecture to support enterprise-grade, reusable capabilities.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders to align platform strategy, emphasize API contracts, and enable rapid delivery across lines of business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence key product life cycle activities (discovery, ideation, development, value management).
• Experience driving organizational change and stakeholder management across functions.
• Leadership in software product design and platform governance, with reusable capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Leads full product life cycle from planning to future development, managing risks and costs.
• Coaches the team on discovery, market research, prototyping, and product delivery.
• Owns product performance and investments to meet objectives.
• Monitors market trends and identifies opportunities for differentiation.
• Evolves the technical product vision, API contracts, and reusable platform capabilities.
• Designs and governs service-oriented, rule-driven architectures with clear domain boundaries.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable outcomes.
• Partners with senior stakeholders to align platform strategy and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drives platform health, resilience, and cost optimization via SRE practices.
