Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering products or technology applications.
• Extensive knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Ability to influence adoption of lifecycle activities (discovery, ideation, development, value).
• Experience leading change across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Expertise in software product design and platform leadership including value propositions and roadmaps.
• Ability to build reusable platform capabilities (APIs, SDKs, shared services).

Responsibilities

• Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, and growth targets.
• Leads end-to-end product lifecycle, manages risks and optimizes features and reliability.
• Mentors the team in discovery, storyboarding, prototyping, and delivery.
• Owns product performance and investments to meet objectives.
• Collaborates with risk, compliance, and business to align platform strategy.
• Architects service-oriented, rule-driven platforms with APIs and events.
• Drives platform health, telemetry, and cost optimization with SRE practices.
