Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Plano, TX seeks a Product Manager for Source to Contract to drive CLM capabilities, guide end-to-end product life cycle, and act as voice of the customer to deliver AI-enhanced contracts analytics.

You will work with Legal, Sourcing, and Operations, defining metadata, dashboards, and metrics, while collaborating across teams to ensure scalable, resilient product delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of product lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled workflows, including prompt-based techniques to gather, interpret, and validate information from systems and documents.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Partners with Legal and Sourcing stakeholders to identify CLM pain points, prioritize contract analytics needs, and validate solution requirements.
• Defines, extracts, and operationalizes contract metadata and key terms from CLM (including AI-extracted fields), delivering curated datasets/feeds with clear definitions and quality controls so analytics teams can build dashboards and reporting for Legal and Sourcing.
