ManpowerGroup is seeking a Product Development Technician II for our client in Brea, CA to support R&D, Laboratory Operations, and cross-functional engineering teams in a regulated medical device environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, documentation, and hands-on testing, with responsibilities including executing test protocols, collecting data, calibrating equipment, and compiling reports; collaboration with engineers and technicians is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Hands-on experience with testing, data collection, and documentation in a regulated environment.
• Experience following SOPs, test methods, and engineering instructions.
• Experience supporting laboratory, R&D, product development, manufacturing, or medical device environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support engineers with product development, laboratory testing, and prototype activities.
• Execute test protocols, collect technical data, and document results accurately.
• Assist with equipment qualification, calibration, maintenance, and laboratory operations.
• Compile, analyze, and prepare technical reports, engineering documentation, and test summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development projects in a regulated environment.
