Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 1-3 years relevant work experience.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to comprehend, interpret and draft moderate to complex policy language.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, manage competing priorities, and execute multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience using Word and Excel.
• Eagerness to develop new skills and enhance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Execute coverage initiatives that drive growth and strengthen PURE's competitive position.
• Monitor countrywide legislative changes and recommend any coverage impact of those changes.
• Analyze existing coverage and execute approved changes from filing through systems implementation.
• Maintain current knowledge of competitor actions, industry developments and Member needs and drive coverage innovation to meet the needs of PURE’s target market.
• Carries out the creation of system specifications for coverage and form changes within our policy management system.

The base salary for this role can range from $55,000 to $65,000 based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience.
