Job summary

PURE Insurance is seeking a Product Development Specialist to execute coverage initiatives, analyze policy forms, and implement changes across our filing and policy management systems. You will collaborate with the Product Management team and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate, competitive coverage for our personal lines customers.

In this role, a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to draft moderate to complex policy language.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute coverage initiatives to drive growth and strengthen PURE's competitive position.
• Monitor countrywide legislative changes and assess coverage impact.
• Analyze existing coverage and implement approved changes from filing through systems implementation.
• Draft system specifications for coverage and form changes within our policy management system.
