Job summary

Lief Labs is seeking a Project Management Coordinator in Valencia, CA to support the Product Development team. This onsite role drives development projects from concept through commercialization, coordinating cross-functional activities and maintaining schedules and budgets.

You will work with teams across Product Development, Finance, Quality, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure milestones are met while upholding regulatory standards in a fast-paced nutraceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of project coordination, project support, or related experience.
• Experience supporting projects within a regulated environment such as nutraceutical/pharma/food supplement.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Execution: support planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of development projects.
• Scheduling & Budget Support: coordinate schedules and monitor budgets across departments.
• Risk Management: identify risks and help develop mitigation plans.
• Documentation & Reporting: prepare plans, timelines, status reports, and records.
• Stakeholder Communication: facilitiate meetings and update on milestones and decisions.
• Compliance & Quality: ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
