The role emphasizes keeping projects on track, coordinating schedules, budgets, and documentation while collaborating with Product Development, Finance, Quality, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs. A degree in business management and at least 3 years in project coordination in regulated environments are required; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of project coordination or related experience.
• Experience supporting projects within a regulated environment such as nutraceutical/pharma.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of development projects.
• Ensure project activities align with established goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project milestones and proactively follow up on action items.
• Coordinate project schedules and timelines across multiple departments.
• Partner with Finance and project stakeholders to monitor budgets and project costs.
• Help ensure project resources are effectively allocated and utilized.
