Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Program Management Manager II to lead the program management function for complex product development programs from concept to launch. You will oversee Project Managers and Program Managers, ensuring disciplined execution, schedule adherence, risk management, and alignment with cost and customer requirements.

Location is Claremont, NH, with up to 20% travel domestically and internationally; relocation is available.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in program management, project management, product development, engineering, manufacturing, or related business operations.
2–3 years of people leadership experience, including direct management of Project Managers, Program Managers, or cross-functional technical teams.
A combination of education, experience, and/or training, will be considered

Responsibilities

Leadership & People Management: Directly manage Project Managers and Program Managers responsible for product development projects.
Program Strategy & Execution: Lead portfolio-level planning and execution for multiple product development programs across business units, customers, or product lines.
Customer & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a senior escalation point for program issues, customer concerns, resource constraints, and business trade-off decisions.
Business, Financial, & Process Management: Manage program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and business cases in partnership with finance and functional leaders.
