Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Project Manager to lead and support projects from concept to implementation. You will develop SOWs, proposals, requirements, plans, and budgets while guiding cross-functional teams to meet milestones.

The role requires 2–5 years of customer-facing PM experience in industrial settings, with proficiency in Procore and SAP. Travel 25–40% in the US is expected, and relocation or sponsorship are not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a customer facing project management role, preferably in construction and/or industrial industries.
• Ability to work in a startup environment with less defined processes.
• Technical knowledge in Electrical or Mechanical engineering is helpful.
• Experience using Procore and SAP highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Define concise goals and objectives within a project framework.
• Ensure all project requirements and objectives are gathered and translated for execution.
• Define KPIs and manage scope, quality, time and cost.
• Forecast project budget and staffing needs for current and future site needs.
• Mentor and coach project team members; lead cross-functional teams.
