Job summary

Laars Heating Systems Company is seeking a Project Manager – Product Development to plan and oversee product design and development initiatives, ensuring projects meet the company’s objectives. Responsibilities include feasibility analyses, detailed project plans and budgets, risk assessments, and issue resolution to drive successful deployments.

Education & Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in Product Management.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management.
PMP certification preferred.
Experience with stage-gate processes and product development lifecycle.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with engineers, designers, and other professionals.
Strong communication with upper management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deliver projects on time and on budget via stage-gate process.
Align project deliverables with Product Marketing.
Direct teams of engineers, designers, and technicians on development projects.
Create detailed long- and short-term plans, schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
Identify risks and develop contingency plans; escalate issues as needed.
Coordinate internal and external resources to meet goals.
Secure resources through functional leaders and manage stakeholder communication with regular status reports.
