A.O. Smith, a global leader in water heating and related products, seeks a Product Manager to drive strategic product initiatives and market expansion. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, sales and marketing to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include defining product vision, building roadmaps, and managing lifecycle from concept through launch. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and experience with P&L

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a strategic vision and action plan for the product segment.
• Create product strategies, roadmaps and go-to-market plans aligned with objectives.
• Manage product lifecycle to maximize profitability and define requirements.
• Build business cases for new products and ensure successful launches.
• Conduct VoC, market research and competitive analysis for differentiation.
• Monitor market and tech trends to inform portfolio strategy.
• Mentor junior product managers and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Other responsibilities as needed by the Portfolio Director.
