Tommy Bahama in the United States is seeking a Product Development and Production Coordinator to support the lifecycle of product development and bulk production, ensuring on-time execution and Tommy Bahama’s high-quality standards. This role is responsible for managing development data, sample tracking, tech pack accuracy, production approvals/WIPs, vendor communications and system updates.

This position partners cross-functionally with Design, Technical Design, Fabric Development,

• 4-year degree in fashion design, business or related field.
• Typically 4 years of retail experience with product development, sourcing or production.
• Strong Excel skills and math.
• Flex PLM and Blue Cherry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain development WIP reports across seasons, tracking mocks, trims, embroideries, and washes.
• Track and distribute samples from initial to salesman sample stages with cross-functional teams.
• Review and proof tech packs for accuracy and issue to vendors.
• Support costing by tracking seasonal development costs and costs of samples.
• Update and maintain PLM and sourcing data to support milestones.
• Coordinate pre-production and production to meet brand quality standards.
