The Sourcing & Production Assistant at Tommy Bahama supports the end-to-end product lifecycle from development through production, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality apparel that meets brand standards. This role manages development data, sample tracking, tech pack accuracy, PO issuance, production approvals, vendor communication, and system updates.

We seek candidates with 2–4 years in apparel product development or production, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Flex PLM/Blue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in apparel product development, sourcing, or production.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and production timelines.
• Proficient in MS Office; Flex PLM and BlueCherry experience preferred.
• Strong math, costing, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the end-to-end product lifecycle from development through production.
• Maintain and update development WIP reports across multiple seasons.
• Review tech packs for accuracy and assist in issuing tech packs to vendors.
• Coordinate with Design, Technical Design, Materials, Merchandising, Planning, and external vendors.
