Job summary

Tommy Bahama in Seattle, WA seeks a Production Operations Associate responsible for style master, cost sheets and issuing production purchase orders to meet sales demand across all business units. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align production flow with inventory strategies, monitor vendor status, and ensure on-time delivery.

A Bachelor’s in Business and 2+ years production planning, plus strong Excel, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years production planning experience.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain seasonal costs and style master data.
• Coordinate/organize orders by month at style/color/size levels for multiple channels.
• Submit and monitor production orders with vendors for on-time delivery.
• Communicate with vendors daily to track production status.
• Adjust POs for transit delays and MOQ constraints.
• Monitor wholesale orders and adjust POs as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address capacity issues.
• Improve process efficiency and data accuracy.
