Descrizione del lavoro

Tommy Bahama is seeking a Product Development and Production Coordinator to support the lifecycle of product development and guide products through bulk production while upholding the brand's high-quality standards.

You will manage development data, sample tracking, tech pack accuracy, and vendor communications, partnering with Design, Merchandising, Planning, Finance and Vendors to drive on-time launches and profitability.

Competenze

4-year degree in fashion design, business or another related field.
Typically 4 years in retail with product development, sourcing or production experience.
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and knowledge of PLM systems (Flex PLM, Blue Cherry).

Mansioni

Maintain and update development WIP reports to track mocks, trims, embroideries and washes.
Track samples from initial to salesman sample stages with Design and Samples teams.
Review and proof tech packs, issue tech packs to vendors, and support costing activities.
Update Flex PLM data with sourcing and vendor allocations, milestones and attributes.
Coordinate pre-production approvals for fabrics, trims, embroideries, washes and shade lots.
Manage vendor communications and ensure alignment across internal teams.
Coordinate pre-production and production post-launch to meet timelines and quality standards.
Create and track production WIPs, review QC and fabric/trim approvals on schedule.
Schedule inspections, resolve production issues, and validate lead times with vendors.
