Job summary

Henkel Corporation invites you to join their Adhesive Technologies team as a Product Development & Optimization Intern for Technomelt. You will gain hands-on experience formulating products in a lab, and participate in lab-scale batch making for packaging, labeling, and hygiene adhesives.

You’ll test applications, learn the full lifecycle from lab to market launch, and analyze data in SAP. You will contribute insights to support strategic decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams in

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience creating product formulations in a lab environment.
• Participate in lab-scale batch making processes for packaging, labeling, and hygiene adhesive applications.
• Conduct specific application testing to evaluate product performance and quality.
• Learn the full product formulation life cycle from lab development to production and market launch.
• Develop an understanding of SAP systems and learn how to interpret and analyze formulation and production data.
