Job summary

Henkel Corporation in Rocky Hill, CT invites you to join our Adhesive Technologies team. You’ll work with experienced chemists on adhesives product development and gain hands-on experience creating formulations in a lab.

You’ll support projects, prepare batch formulations under guidance, and learn about ingredients while contributing to data collection and reporting in a large global organization.

Responsibilities

• Work with experienced chemists and scientist on adhesives product development in the leading adhesive company
• Gain working experience at a large, global organization
• Get hands-on experience creating product formulations in a lab
• Provide support for various projects assigned by Sr. Chemist, Scientist and/or Lab Manager
• Prepare batch formulations according to written instructions by Sr. Chemist, Scientist and/or Lab Manager
• Understand chemical ingredients and formulating under instructions
• Employ basic problem-solving skill sets to overcome project bottlenecks and maintain project deliverable dates
• Collect and organize data in a coherent format and communicate basic observations regarding data and/or experimental outcome
• Conduct hands on adhesive product development for electric device applications in laboratory
