Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience creating product formulations in a lab environment.
• Participate in lab-scale batch making processes for packaging, labeling, and hygiene adhesive applications.
• Conduct specific application testing to evaluate product performance and quality.
• Learn the full product formulation life cycle from lab development to production and market launch.
• Develop an understanding of SAP systems and learn how to interpret and analyze formulation and production data.
• Contribute insights that support strategic decision-making based on technical and market knowledge.
