Job summary

CALPAK is seeking a Product Development Operations Manager in Los Angeles to own BOMs, packaging coordination, and licensed workflows across product categories. You will ensure data accuracy and audit-ready documentation, working with Design, Production, and Sourcing teams to meet licensing deadlines and launch milestones.

This role emphasizes process discipline, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive risk identification to keep programs on track and compliant in a fast-paced travel goods

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Product Development, Product Operations, Production Coordination, or PLM in accessories or travel goods.
• Experience building BOMs, product specs, and data across categories.
• Experience with PLM/ERP systems and workflow execution.
• Experience coordinating packaging and license/approval workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own BOM management, revisions, version control, and data integrity across categories.
• Coordinate licensor portal submissions, approvals, and milestone tracking.
• Lead packaging development workflows and enforce packaging requirements.
• Track testing, GCC docs, and compliance coordination across products.
• Maintain PLM data accuracy, timelines, and cross-functional process support.
