Job summary

Likely Inc. is a Pasadena-based design and manufacturing studio specializing in luxury and sustainable custom packaging. We seek a senior packaging production professional with 7+ years of experience who can independently create accurate production files and establish standards, workflows, and quality control.

This is a systems-building role focused on production processes and documentation. You will collaborate with creative, development, sourcing, and overseas manufacturing teams to ensure

Qualifications

• 7+ years in packaging production design, prepress, or packaging manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of dielines, print processes, materials, and tolerances.
• Experience creating or improving production documentation, sample review systems, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and verify production-ready artwork and dielines for various packaging formats.
• Define dimensions, tolerances, substrates, finishes with clear factory instructions.
• Build and maintain file setup standards, version control, and revision logs.
• Review samples against approved files and specifications; document discrepancies with actions.
• Collaborate across creative, development, sourcing, and overseas manufacturing teams.
