24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced Sr. Packaging Graphic Designer to lead packaging graphics across a broad portfolio of consumer products in Los Angeles.

This full-time, on-site role combines strategic design direction with hands-on production and cross-functional collaboration with product development and external manufacturers. You will drive packaging standards, oversee artwork from concept to final proof, and coordinate with global suppliers to ensure high-quality, on-brand packaging

Qualifications

• 5+ years of packaging design experience in a senior or lead role.
• Strong command of retail packaging and print production.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and global vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development and production of packaging artwork across multiple product lines from concept through final proofing.
• Maintain and evolve packaging design standards for consistency across brands.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-brand, commercially effective packaging for shelf presentation.
• Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and prioritization to keep work on schedule.
• Balance workloads and timelines to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality.
• Collaborate with international vendors to ensure smooth execution across global timelines.
• Oversee pre-press preparation, files, and final artwork for domestic and overseas manufacturing.
• Work with sourcing and production to uphold color accuracy and material integrity.
