Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Product Developer Manager in New York to lead cross-functional teams in developing authentic footwear products. You will collaborate with design, vendors, and internal partners to translate concepts into production-ready specs and ensure on-time delivery of prototypes and samples.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in footwear product development, sourcing, and/or production, with strong communication, negotiation, and cost-management skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in footwear product development, sourcing, and/or production.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design to understand product intent and ensure alignment with strategies; manage BOMs and tech packs for accuracy and cost targets.
• Review BOMs and tech packs for accuracy, completeness, quality, affordability, and compliance before release.
• Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time proto, SMS, and sample deliveries.
• Advise merchandising on cost challenges and options to meet target retail prices while maintaining brand integrity.
• Monitor calendars and production milestones; resolve material, technical, or supplier issues to avoid delays.
