Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a Director of Product Development, Footwear to lead end-to-end development—from concept to production—across design, sourcing, and engineering teams in New York. This senior role partners with global suppliers to deliver innovative products that meet quality and margin targets.

The role requires deep industry experience, strategic leadership, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 12 years of footwear product development, sourcing, and/or production.
• Experience with PLM or other product lifecycle management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all product development activities partnering with Design, Materials Team, Merchandising, Tech, and Global Sourcing.
• Review prototypes and market samples to ensure execution to spec.
• Oversee costing strategies and achieve margin targets.
• Manage calendar milestones and mitigate risks in development.
• Collaborate with factories to optimize supplier performance and delivery.
