Tory Burch is seeking a Designer, Footwear to collaborate with the Sr. Design Director on fashion-driven seasonal concepts and maintain Tory Burch aesthetics. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and detail-oriented, with a passion for footwear and a keen eye for quality that matches the brand.

Requirements include 5+ years in footwear design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to build precise tech packs for factories. A digital portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 5+ years of footwear design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong hand-sketching and Illustrator skills.
• Ability to build detailed tech packs and pass specs to factories.
• Experience developing products with factories from concept to engineering.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Sr. Design Director to develop seasonal footwear concepts.
• Create sketches and prototypes throughout the design process.
• Develop clear tech packs with style details, panels, hardware, construction.
• Manage timelines and ensure prototypes available for presentations.
• Partner with Merchandising, Product Development, and Technical Design teams.
• Travel internationally on a seasonal basis.
• Adhere to seasonal milestones and deadlines.
