Tory Burch is seeking a Product Developer Manager in the United States to lead cross-functional teams from concept through production. You will ensure product integrity, manage cost targets, and drive on-time delivery while partnering with Design, Materials, and factories.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in footwear product development, sourcing, and/or production.
• Strong math, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design to understand product intent and align with division priorities.
• Review prototypes and ensure adherence to specs and quality standards.
• Oversee BOMs, Tech Packs, and costing to meet financial goals.
• Coordinate with factories and partners to ensure on-time delivery and production readiness.
