Talbots is seeking an Associate Product Development Manager to own and drive the product development process from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agents/vendors, focusing on Fashion Accessories, Scarves, Swim, Sleep, and Cold Weather Accessories.

You will support the Senior Manager across the product life cycle, drive the Time and Action calendar, set up PLM collaborations, and help with costing, sample reviews, and data integrity to ensure

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in Product Development or Sourcing.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, Excel, and PLM.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments.
• Flexible/adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Sr. Manager by driving results that support sourcing strategy.
• Dress cross-functional team accountability for adherence to the Time and Action calendar.
• Set up and maintain PLM systems for Collaboration Capsules.
• Daily communication with internal and external partners; manage orders in PO system.
• Track, receive, unpack, and ship packages through the product life cycle.
• Weekly review of WIP Manufacturing/Delivery reports with Sr. Manager and partners.
• Assist in costing of product and generation of cost summaries.
• Analyze risk and identify timely solutions.
• Set up fit and sample reviews for seasonal approvals.
• Evaluate tech packs and provide actionable feedback.
• Coordinate style classifications with Imports team and ensure data integrity in TradeStone.
