Job summary

Jobot is seeking an accomplished engineering or operations leader to drive program execution from development to full-scale manufacturing. You will lead a team of Project Managers, ensure projects meet schedules and budgets, and coordinate across engineering and operations to deliver scalable production.

The role reports to executive leadership and emphasizes product launches, manufacturing readiness, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years leading technical or manufacturing programs.
• Proven success bringing products into high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers for complex customer programs.
• Direct multiple concurrent development and manufacturing transfer projects from kickoff through production.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and sourcing.
