Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager in Camarillo to lead electronics and servo drive production. You will drive safety, on-time scheduling, and quality while shaping a high-performing team of Supervisors, Leads, and Operators.

You will own manufacturing execution, capacity planning, labor utilization, and key metrics, applying lean principles and hands-on leadership to deliver continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of electronics manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing supervisors, leads, and production personnel.
• Strong knowledge of electronic assembly, testing processes, manufacturing operations, and production control systems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing reporting tools.
• ITAR: U.S. Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations within our electronics and servo drive production facility.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and on-time execution of the production schedule while maintaining high quality and productivity.
• Provide leadership and direction to Production Supervisors, Operational Area Leads, and Manufacturing Operators.
• Own manufacturing execution, production capacity, labor utilization, and departmental performance metrics.
