Job summary

Jobot is partnering with a Mifflintown, PA-based food manufacturing company to hire a Product Development Manager focused on meat product innovation and commercialization. The role covers full lifecycle from concept through launch, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Food Science or related field, 7+ years of meat product development experience, and deep knowledge of food safety and quality systems.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or related field.
• 7+ years of experience developing and commercializing meat products.
• Experience with kosher meat products (preferred, not required).
• Strong background in experimental design, process development, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with technical data analysis.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
