Jobot is seeking a senior-level innovator in meat product development to lead renovation and new product initiatives. Based in a hybrid-remote role, you will drive end-to-end development, partnering with R&D, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality protein offerings.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in meat product development, strong data analysis, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration. The position supports growth and leadership exposure within a national footprint.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience developing and commercializing meat products.
• Experience with kosher meat products is preferred but not required.
• Strong background in experimental design, process development, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with technical data analysis and knowledge of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation and renovation product development initiatives across the product portfolio.
• Manage full lifecycle of product development and commercialization activities.
• Assist in new product concept development and innovation strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize existing processes.
• Support consumer research initiatives to guide product decisions.
• Partner with leadership to drive long-term brand and company value.
• Work with co-manufacturers and external partners as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
