Responsibilities

• Own product development milestones from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, sourcing timelines, and sample lead times.
• Lead cost negotiations and target IMU risks with internal partners.
• Maintain PLM records, BOMs, and product documentation for development and production.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Production, and Vendors to ensure on-time, quality shipments.
