Job summary

Kendra Scott in Austin, TX is seeking a Product Development Specialist to lead all sample operations for the Product Development team. You will maintain a physical sample inventory, manage inbound shipments, and ensure milestones are met with clear communication to factories.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, Design & Wholesale to prep for seasonal markets, review samples for aesthetics and feasibility, and keep PLM documentation accurate and accessible for cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Design, Product Development, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in Product Development or related field; jewelry experience is a plus.
• Strong multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all sample operations and manage the product development calendar.
• Review development samples and provide feedback to factories for feasibility.
• Maintain PLM system records, shipments, and sample documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Design, and Wholesale to prep for markets.
